Governor eading the Congress workers and leaders' countrywide fast to "promote peace and harmony" and to "protest against caste and communal violence" on Monday, the party president Rahul Gandhi tore into Prime Minister Narendra Modi as well as the ruling BJP's chief Amit Shah, accusing PM Modi of being "casteist and anti-Dalit" while again raking up Shah's "snakes-dogs" jibe at Opposition parties.
